Marriage Visa
Do you want to get a Marriage Visa in Thailand?
If a foreigner marries a Thai, they can apply for a marriage visa. This is a Non-Immigrant visa and allows them to enter the Kingdom of Thailand, and stay for 90 days.
Depending on marital status, you can apply for a one-year extension.

Retirement Visa

The Thai Immigration Department's law requires that foreigners wishing to stay for a long period of time for retirement are entitled to a retirement visa.

The requirements to apply for these visas are:
1. At least 50 years of age can apply for a retirement visa
2. Owning a non-immigrant visa
3. You must have a minimum monthly income of 65,000 baht in your bank account, or you must have a minimum of 800,000 baht in your account for 3 months.
After you have a retirement visa, you can stay in Thailand for one year without leaving for another country, and it can be renewed every year.

1 Year Visa

90-Day Visa
